Modules:

If you would rather build a custom home, and don’t want to be limited to the 8.0’ width, we’ve got a great solution that offers maximum versatility without sacrificing any of the resiliency that the container core provides.  We offer complete kitchen modules in both 20’ and 40’ lengths, designed to be used with other modules to create a larger residence.  You can add on as you go, or you can combine the modules at once.

Kitchen/Utility (20/40)

This module provides a means to store and prepare food, a bathroom for daily necessities, and protected utilities to run the house – no matter what happens to the rest of the non-container residence.

Bedroom/Bathroom (20/40)

We offer complete bedroom and bathroom modules in both 20’ and 40’ lengths.  The 20’ contains one bedroom and one full bathroom, while the 40’ contains two bedrooms and at least one full bath with an optional second full bath.

COMBINING MODULES:

The Great House

The Great House is an example of a module residence that is ideal for a resort hub, or a large tropical family retreat.  Comprised of three 40’ modules, one kitchen/utility module and two bedroom modules, joined together under a dramatic and beautiful site-built roof over a large common space, you would never know from the exterior that the core of this storm-resistant residence are shipping containers.  In the event of a hurricane, even if porches and the roof over the common area are lost – the essential spaces that provide food, sanitation, rest, and power – are intact.

The Island House

The Island House is an example of a module residence that is ideal for resort cottages, or a tropical family residence.  Comprised of three 20’ modules, one kitchen/utility module and two bedroom modules, joined together under a dramatic and beautiful site-built roof over a large common space, you would never know from the exterior that the core of this storm-resistant residence are shipping containers.

The Chattel House

Inspired by the vernacular chattel house found all over the Caribbean, ourChattel house line is as mobile as the original, but far more storm resistant.  Available in 2-module or 3-module variations, each module leaves the factory largely finished and ready to accept its site-built roof and deck once it is set on its site-specific foundation.

Power Plant (20/40)

Available in both 20’ and 40’ lengths, our power plants were designed to bring power to wherever its needed.   From being airlifted in and providing emergency power after a natural disaster to being the powerplant for a remote and off-grid resort or homestead, these are the practical workhorses that make everything else possible.  Engine rooms are complete with fuel tank, engine, and generator, and the adjacent garage can be used to store equipment, or be a workshop.  As with all of our shelter solutions, these units are very well insulated, and fully outfitted with lighting, electrical outlets to run tools, and even hinged workbenches that fold out of the way when not in use.

Whats the best part?  When placed on an elevated foundation/piers and properly secured, these wind & water tight shelters protect your valuable equipment from natural disasters, making the life you want possible both before and after the storm.
